Purify, detox and sweat. Learn the proper form and breathing techniques to perform moving meditation.

BOOTIE BELLY 
Wed 7:30p (with Tanya)
Learn how to use core stability techniques and sensual dance therapy drills for posture correction, graceful movement and self-expression.
