BootieBelly Moves are strength-based slow-motion sensual dance drills that empower feminine confidence!  You do not need to be a dancer or learn choreography to enjoy this exercise based workout.  Learn to move with sassy grace and improve your posture - while feeling playfully feminine! 

This workout is for tomboys and girliegirls alike, whether you dance much or not.  A routine will typically blend repetitive motions timed with downtempo, electronic and world beat music.  Each session is different, incorporating moves from a range of disciplines including body-mind strength warm-ups, Taoist Tantra, and isolation exercises inspired by Bellydance, Burlesque as well as some African and Latin influences.
