PowerAlign Yoga Immersion
When we contemplated offering a "200 hour yoga certification course", a few things became clear to us.  1. Not everyone who wants to learn more deeply about a topic, or experience a personal transformation, needs to know how to teach classes or build a yoga business.  2. Teaching yoga is largely about sharing wisdom gained from personal experience. Too many people are thinking about "teaching" at the sacrifice of developing their own personal practice.  For these reasons, we decided to offer a 140hr yoga immersion course for anyone to gain the foundational knowledge needed to develop a personalized practice.  After completing the 140 hour program, you may apply to our mentorship/certification program to focus on "teaching" aspects.
  
7 WEEKEND YOGA IMMERSION PROGRAM

This course is step-by-step education and chronological exploration of fundamental Yoga practices - as well as an opportunity to connect with, and be inspired by, a support community of like-minded individuals.
 

While athletes and personal trainers, yoga and dance instructors are drawn to this program for its rare focus on strength and alignment details - you don't have to be an anatomy nerd, or be able to put your foot behind your head, or follow a particular belief system to do this program. This intensive series is for anyone with desire ready to explore, integrate, and find balance. This down-to-earth, highly-functional program is presented through a series of intensive weekend workshops.

LAYER THREE – Body-Mind-Energy Connection and Body Language
DECEMBER 9-11
Modification and Sequencing of Established Routines.  Behavior Patterns & Self-Study
JANUARY 13-15
The 5 Senses and Eastern Energetic Chakra Anatomy applied to Posture and Behavior
JANUARY 20-22
Putting it all together.  Designing a logical, progressive personal practice

CONTINUE ON TO OUR MENTORSHIP CERTIFICATION PROGRAM 

This program runs during February and March.  It is for students who have completed all 7 intensive weekends and decide that they would like to study to be a Level 1 Yoga Instructor.

20 hrs Shadow and Home Study + 2x 20hr Weekend Immersions
