YOGA IMMERSION & CERTIFICATION
Not everyone who wants to learn more deeply about yoga, or experience a personal transformation, needs to know how to teach classes or build a yoga business.  Develoment of a strong fundamental yoga practice is most important before attempting to become a teacher. 

For these reasons, we decided to offer a 140hr yoga immersion course for anyone to gain the foundational knowledge needed to develop a personalized practice.  After completing the 140 hour program, you may continue to our 60 hour certification segment to focus on foundational elements for teaching a safe and effective yoga class.  The total program meets the 200 hour standards for the international yoga alliance.

 

7 WEEKEND YOGA IMMERSION PROGRAM

This course is step-by-step education and chronological exploration of fundamental Yoga practices - as well as an opportunity to connect with, and be inspired by, a support community of like-minded individuals.
 

While athletes and personal trainers, yoga and dance instructors are drawn to this program for its rare focus on strength and alignment details - you don't have to be an anatomy nerd, or be able to put your foot behind your head, or follow a particular belief system to do this program. This intensive series is for anyone with desire ready to explore, integrate, and find balance. This down-to-earth, highly-functional program is presented through a series of intensive weekend workshops.

CONTINUE TO THE 60hr CERTIFICATION SEGMENT

This program runs during February and March.  It is for students who have completed all 7 intensive weekends (140 hours) and decide that they would like to study to be a 200 hour Yoga Instructor.
