12-hour re-schedule policy
If you need to cancel or change your session, do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled session date.  A $30 fee will apply for late schedule changes and $60 for no-shows.

* to be fair to all clients and collaborators, the policy must be strictly enforced vs interpretive
* possible exceptions:  cases of severe weather condition alerts i.e. blizzard, a hospitalization of immediate family member, etc.
