Reschedule Policy
If, for any reason, you are unable to attend your regular weekly appointments, please call us at 403-313-5775 or send email to
info@bodyartmotion.com
, to inform us.
12-hour re-schedule policy
If you need to cancel or change your session, do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled session date. If the deadline passes, your credit card will be charged $30 for last minute schedule changes. For no-shows, your credit card will be charged the full session amount.
* to be fair to all clients and collaborators, the policy must be strictly enforced aka not open to interpretation.
* possible exceptions: cases of severe weather condition alerts i.e. blizzard, or hospitalization of immediate family member.
