Tanya Lee is an author, educator and yoga trainer. She specializes in exercise & eating habits, posture alignment & RSI, dance-fitness and bootie body sculpting. She is the author of the BodyArt Cookbook and Alignment Secrets, and designed the PowerAlign multi-disciplinary movement system. As a pioneer on the cutting edge, Tanya cofounded one of the first schools in Canada to combine Yoga, Pilates and Mixed Martial Arts. She was also in the champion circle for Canada’s first officially sanctioned fitness model competition.

Firmly founded in the cycles of nature, Tanya’s method has helped thousands of everyday people feel and look better in their bodies since 1997. Her works on nutrition and movement have been validated for over a decade by health and fitness professionals including MDs, Chiropractors, Champion Athletes, Dancers & Models, Yoga, Pilates and Rehab Specialists.
