Tanya works as a Yoga Trainer and Body Consultant for health and fitness professionals and people from all walks of life who are ready to balance and optimize the relationship between body and mind. Look and feel great naked!

A Yoga Trainer blends the roles of Personal Trainer, Alignment-Physiotherapist and Behavioral Nutritionist while also specializing in body-mind-emotion integration. 

"Yoga" means to unify - to fully integrate. A Yoga Trainer partners with you to find your optimized balance of nutrition, exercise and regeneration.

Get to the root of body imbalances and repetitive stress injuries. Learn how to repattern your movements and adjust your exercise program according to what your body needs.
 
EATING HABITS & WEIGHT CONTROL
Feed muscles, burn fat and find peace with food! This is not a standardized diet. This is a customized 3-month program for the purpose of finding an optimized balanced formula for you.
 
CUSTOMIZED BOOTCAMP TRAINING
Workout with Tanya 1-2x/week doing exercises customized to your unique goals and needs. For best results, signup for BAM 3-month bootcamp training.

*Small Group Bootcamp Training (2-4 people) This is the most affordable way to go for bootcamp training, so find a friend or two to join you and work together toward personal goals!  
 
PHOTOSHOOT EXPERIENCE
This customized 3-month program involves a combination of refining nutrition, exercise, inner-outer radiance, and harnessing one's core essence - all geared toward a professional photoshoot at the end of 12 "bootcamp" weeks.  This program is also used to get ready for a figure competition.
