AUTUMN SESSION 2021

I am beyond excited to connect, share, learn and explore with in-person group classes this Autumn! I feel similar to many of you when I express how much I have missed this part of my life and how much my gratitude has grown for working/exploring within a group of like-minded individuals.

I’ve spent a lot of time choosing and planning these offerings: 2 nights/week of in-person small group classes plus 8 spots for 1-on-1 coaching that can be booked individually to suit your schedule.

Class numbers are limited to 8 people/class, which means registration will be on a ‘first-come first-serve’ basis. If this is something you really want, register early as spots are already filling!

Without further adieu, I introduce the BAM menu for the 12 week Autumn Session!

Transformation Coaching with Tanya Lee

I am so incredibly excited to bring back this offering. It is very close to my heart and it’s the original service that launched Body Art Motion back in 1998! 1-on-1 coaching is focused around self-inquiry & habit/practice development. This program is highly customized, so it will look/feel different for each person depending on what you want to work on and where we are starting from.

🔥 Who is it for?
It is for ANYONE who has the desire to improve themselves and/or learn about themselves through development of regular personal practices. You can be an absolute beginner who has never had a personal practice, a professional athlete who wants to expand, or a hobbyist who would like to level up. Many of us who had practices in the past have “fallen off the wagon” and sometimes we just need a little help, accountability and support to start back up again. NO SHAME!

🔥 How does it work?
You and I will agree on an overall focus for a 12 week period. We will meet 1x/week for 12 weeks where we dive into your practices, progress, obstacles and motivators. Each time we meet we will review the previous week and then adjust the accountability goal for the week to come. The topics covered depend on our focus. Our journey may be based in yoga, meditation, fitness, dance, posture alignment, spiritual alignment, or a generalized lifestyle discipline transformation. I am here to support your practices where I can.

👉 Registration is now open! 👈
I will be accepting 8 people for the Autumn session of coaching which begins the week of September 27th and finishes the week of December 13th 2021. If you feel this is something you could benefit from, let’s set up an interview style chat to talk about your needs/desires/goals and see if we are a fit! Coaching includes initial assessment, goal setting, weekly sessions, and unlimited email support between meetings.

"As much as it might scare us, we long to express our soul’s beauty and purpose in the world and we need to feel supported enough to do so. If we’re not welcomed, invited and appreciated, we may withdraw. If embraced, encouraged and given permission, we unlock our hidden treasures."
