FULL DAY DANCE IMMERSION – SAT. MAY 27, 2023

‘DANCE OF THE UNTAMED’

The UNTAMED series sits within the broader Conjure Motion dance format and explores the concepts of Dominion, Love, Peace and Change.  Tap into the spirit of your inner fire and dance the universal law of polarity: light & shadow, give & receive, wax & wane. Tap into your warrior spirit and invoke your passion through personal autonomy, reciprocal relationships, finding mental clarity and embracing physical changes.

A whole day of dance, community and celebration of the spirit of your inner fire ⭐🖤⭐ Connect, learn, and embody 8 intentional dance combinations from the Conjure Motion dance vocabulary developed and facilitated by Tanya Lee.

This series of choreographed moves were created in the image of specific astrological decans of the Zodiac and their corresponding Tarot Cards; a physical translation of an ancient symbolic language using the 4 classical elements: Fire, Air, Water & Earth.  All experience levels, backgrounds, bodies, and genders are welcomed.

Conjure Motion is inspired by global house music and anchored in yogic energy centers and Sumerian science. The UNTAMED movements are inspired by EDM culture, Southern Egyptian dance, fusion Bellydance, Muay Thai, and Hula. You can use these combinations to create your own personal practice, and/or dance it with friends using group improvisational concepts (ITS). Read more about Conjure Motion.

"Conjure Motion feels like a dance because of the choreographed movements and emotional expression, but it also feels like yoga or martial arts with attention to alignment, mental focus, and subtle energy awareness. "
