SLOW & DEEP
ALIGNMENT PRACTICES

THEORY, EXERCISES & CONCEPTS FOR NEW & EXISTING STUDENTS

When do we make the time to really SINK into our body, mind, spirit?

It can be challenging to find space for the longer and deeper practices that set and reset our foundation. And then if we do find the time, it can be just as challenging to stay focused in a room alone.  For these reasons, I’ve launched the monthly Slow & Deep series.

For one Saturday each month, I host a 5 hour small group immersion that focuses on taking the time to really dig into the bones of the practice. I’ve heard consistent feedback that the group energy amplifies the ability to stay focused and in the present moment with the exercises.

Each Saturday immersion will have a slightly different point of focus, but will always be accessible to new humans as well as benefit regular Conjure Motion students who want to deepen their practice.

Slow & Deep Immersions draw us into ourselves and bring conscious awareness to the 5 elements that live within and around us: earth, air, water, fire, spirit. With both theory and practical exercises, you are presented with opportunities to align internal body structures, strengthen mind-to-muscle connections, engage with your subtle energy centers, and attune to a spiritual mindset within the collected energy of a group experience.
