YOGA & ALIGNMENT THERAPY WITH TANYA LEE

Yoga & Alignment Therapy at Body Art Motion blends the healing power of yoga, pilates, and personal training to support the body’s natural alignment, mobility, and strength. This gentle healing practice is designed to nurture the body and restore balance through mindful movement and alignment-focused exercises. Whether recovering from an injury, releasing tension, or seeking a personalized wellness journey, these sessions help cultivate harmony within the body, mind, and spirit.

In a 1-on-1 or small group setting, each session is carefully tailored to individual needs, empowering clients to unlock their body’s potential and feel supported in their movement. With over 25 years of experience and certifications in Critical Alignment Therapy, Power Yoga, Pilates, and Personal Training, Tanya Lee offers a holistic approach to restoring balance, strength, and flexibility.

Through these sessions, clients will:
